Mill Operator | Up to $26/hour & Weekly Pay!

Position: Mill Operator 

Location: Tulsa, OK 

Pay: $20 to $26/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 

1. 2 years of experience with Mazak Mills.
2. Prior experience as a mill operator or in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract  

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm  

ProRecruiters is seeking a Mill Operator to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description: 

1. Operate and set up milling machines and related equipment to meet production requirements.
2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders with accuracy.
3. Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize efficiency and precision.
4. Monitor machining processes and perform inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
5. Conduct routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor machine repairs as needed.
6. Accurately document production data and quality checks.
7. Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
8. Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.

Position Requirements:   

1. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
2. Excellent mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
3. Solid math and basic computer skills.
4. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
